Frequently asked questions
Rightmove and Zoopla show you properties in places you already know about. We help you discover which places you should be looking at in the first place — places you might never have considered. Our matching covers schools, crime, commute time, healthcare, green space, and more, then ranks all of it against your specific priorities before showing you a single postcode.
Postcode districts across England, Wales and Scotland — over 2,500 in total. Some data sources (Ofsted school ratings, NHS GP data) cover England only; for Welsh and Scottish areas those dimensions are noted as unavailable in the report. Northern Ireland is not currently supported.
Your priorities are weighted according to what you tell us matters most — schools more than nightlife, commute more than climate risk, and so on. We then score every district across our scoring dimensions using verified public datasets. The composite score reflects your weighting, not a generic formula, which is why two people with the same budget can get completely different top fives.
HM Land Registry (property prices), Ofsted Management Information (school ratings), Police.uk (crime statistics), ONS Census 2021 (demographics), NHS Digital (GP and hospital data), Ofcom Connected Nations (broadband coverage), and the Environment Agency Flood Map for Planning (flood risk). Commute times are computed live at query time via Google Maps.
